Comments: I would like to say a special thank you for the Roast and BBQ you supplied in October 2009. I must compliment you on the very professional way the food was prepared, displayed and served by your staff.
I have had nothing but compliments about the food and it was pleasing to see local produce used where possible, thank goodness for Lincolnshire Red beef and proper Lincolnshire sausage.
Being in the catering business myself, it was really pleasant to have a hassle free party and let some one else do all the arranging.
